POULTRY SELECTION

Our Chicken is from Sanger, California.  The farm specializes in free-range and organic poultry products, including chicken, turkey, duck, and geese, that are fed all-natural ingredients and are cage-free so they receive fresh air, healthy clean water, sunlight, and plenty of space to move around. Whole fryers run about 3 to 4 lbs. and our boneless, skinless breast runs smaller around 10 oz. Along with boneless skinless thighs. We also have jumbo wings, drums and flats along with other chicken parts including marinated chicken items.
